I am amazed at this bag! It's too big for carry-on luggage on a plane, but if you can check a suitcase, this bag is fantastic. It's lightweight, fits SO MUCH stuff, rolls well on its wheels & seems very sturdy. After a couple of flights, it still looks good as new. I even dragged it on the wrong side (not the wheel side) by accident, and the fabric wasn't affected. First I'd like to say that this is a very nice quality duffle, and exactly what I was looking for. Very durable. Not thin canvas, but very strong. The problem is that I only chose this one due to its posted weight of 3lbs in the description for 85L in black. I weighed both on my house scale and also with my luggage scale. Several times. It is exactly 4lbs. This may not be a big deal for some, but it means I'll have to find another lb of belongings to remove in order to bring this. Pickens are thin at this point. A bought this for more space returning from Caribbean. An extra pound and I'll be paying $225 each direction. Better to have an extra bag. I'm still taking it. It's my best choice. I had to buy this in a pinch. My suitcase broke while traveling and I needed a new bag in a hurry. I love this bag. You can fill it quite full and the wheels are very handy. It doesn’t have a firm back but if you fill it, then it supports itself. I say it is totally worth the money.

The construction and seams are superior to the other roller duffles that I've tried and returned with defective seams and stitching. I have no complaint with the construction or material for medium duty. Now for the negative. This roller does not have treaded wheels as described which was my first negative issue. This may or may not be important to some, but if you plan on dragging it over broken ground then the smooth PolyUrethane blade wheels aren't adequate. My other complaint is that there is no solid backing or frame, and since the drag handle extends beyond the top of the bag, all of the weight slilouches into the bottom back of the single storage chamber bag and creates a bulge that drags on the ground . without a rigid back, the weight is not levered, so you are carrying the full weight of your gear while dragging the bag across the ground. The point of a wheeled bag is to leverage the weight onto the wheels so that you aren't supporting any of it yourself. This bag cannot. Great large duffle, horrible rolling system. Designer should either put in a telescoping handle with a rigid back, or eliminate the wheels. ... show more

I fit a lot of gear in this duffel. Sturdy zippers and material. Wheels pretty standard. Great for car camping to keep gear all in one place, especially if you have to walk in a little to campsite. My 55 liter backpack fits in it it. Look forward to using it to fly with it and protect my backpack with all its straps and such. ... show more

1st the bag smelled so plastic, I had to leave a box of baking soda in it for 10 days to be able to use it.I I was able to repack it several times to try to balance it....{{and I am good at that} However it just was a disaster to roll around. SO unbalanced and wheels too small.... I will say one good thing is it was easy to pack and held a large amount of clothing ....... If possible I would like to return it.
