Perfect size for everyday use. The front compartment is great for keys, phone, wallet. I use the larger compartment for a jacket or sweatshirt. I will say, it's best used for LIGHTER things. If you need a backpack for heavier articles of clothing, or shoes, I suggest one of the Adidas bags with DIFFERENT straps. These straps are the drawstring type/rope. They "dig into" your shoulders, if the bag gets too heavy. You will need padded shoulder straps for comfort. However, for quick trips to the gym or practice, this bag is awesome for lighter loads.
