A well packaged heavy box. Parts inside are protected well. Tools are provided, but electric drill is more convenient. Very easy to set up. Just need to put on some screws. Takes about 20-30min. Pretty stable and spacious. Color is beautiful when putting on green grass. My son likes it :)

The media could not be loaded. I love it. It was easy to put together and made from good quality materials. This has become my favorite chair outside, I have it sitting on my patio, I plan on getting another three of these. This is a great chair and I recommend this to anyone who want a nice chair.

3 out of 4 chairs missing hardware. Packaging is good and no damage found Stainless hardware is a plus. Use a drill/impact driver for a much easier assembly Note for incomplete instructions: The two phillip heads screws are used for the single lower brace bar on the front.

I have this chair for about half a year. I'm very happy with this product. I made a little mistake when I tried to assemble it. The instructions indicate that all the screws have Allen heads, but two of them have Phillips heads. You may want to pay attention to that. I'm not sure whether the manufacturer has fix the instructions. Other than that, everything else is perfect. The color is great with my yard and it feels so comfy to sit on it. Not worth buying. Stated oversized and can hold up to 350lbs. NOT TRUE!! My son is 280 and sat in in it and the back section bended piece of junk!! They were quickly returned.

The chair is comfortable and well made. It took a while to assemble but directions were straight forward. It’s a good value and the design is better than similar products.

These are HEAVY but will last for a long time. Only reason they are a little hard to put together is because they are heavy. My husband he no issues. These will last years.
