Update 1/15/2021: 2 weeks in and The fan started making a horrible noise that vibrates the phone when turned on. Nubia support isn't very good since they immediately say to contact their email which took days for responses. What a shame considering the phone was pretty good until the fan issue. Their support leaves much to be desired and I decided to return this device instead of waiting for their horrendous response times. __________________________________ I see quite a few reviews saying they had issues getting all the features working on their networks, I can say that I connected it to my Tmobile line and its worked perfectly including the 5g. I actually came in expecting not to get 5g cause of the bands needed but for Tmobile I can confirm I am indeed getting 5g in the southern part of the US atleast. Phone has been speedy as can be, so no complaints there and I havent had any issues with battery life. Will update on how its held up after some time. ... show more

The Red Magic S6 Pro Cyborg is the best gaming phone I have owned yet. I wanted to invest and upgrade my current phone for competition gaming and this was the best move I could have done. The responsiveness of the phone to touch along with graphics and overall screen size have helped me gain an edge on other players. The battery can last for hours and yes it does drain when you use 165 Hz for screen refresh but the battery charges super fast and in 20 minutes can be 80 percent full. The feel of the phone is amazing, the weight is even and not to heavy. All in all if you never owned a true gaming phone, this is the one ... show more

    • The worst costumer service
So I had a few issues and the support didn't do much and the problems started to get bigger and now just stuck with this phone and "support team" still keeping me in a loop off questions and nothing got done.
