It is made with good quality and I can use it for multiple purposes. This red-light therapy pad with infrared and a belt extension option is okay. It works, but when I took it out of the small box it is a bit stiff and has a strong chemical smell. It needs airing-out. It does flatten in a couple of days if laid on a flat surface. This device gives me the option to use it as a pad that I can move around on my body to any area; I have been using it on a sore ankle. This is something I can also do with a belt. But a red-light belt can be more awkward for this task. The pad can be attached to the elasticized, wide fabric piece that comes with it if I want to use the lights on my back or abdomen. The belt piece attaches to the pad by a hook and loop system. It will fit small and wide bodies and allows one to be mobile when using a power bank with it. A power bank is meant to fit in a small attached pocket on the pad. However, no power bank is included with the device—the consumer provides this. Some flexible red-light devices come with a vinyl cover over the lights; a vinyl cover makes the area easy to clean. This pad does not come with a vinyl cover. There is no info on know how to clean the area around the lights on this pad; actually, I found no instructions on how to clean any part of this pad. The “Instruction Manual,” a tri-fold half-page of information, is rudimentary, in my opinion. It is lacking detail I would like to have. There is a section titled, “Benefits Backed by Science” under which are bullet points with items that have been scientifically researched but for which there is no data given-- subtitles like “weight loss.” There are two images under a title, “Measured Value” showing an instrument of some kind of measuring something related to the lights, but there is no explanation of what the instrument is or what is being measured. There is also an image of the pad, a cord, and a power bank under the heading, “Two Power Supply Way,” yet no power bank is provided with the pad. I think that this is confusing. Also, there are some conditions, besides pregnancy, that might contraindicate use of redlight therapy or pulsed lights. These are not mentioned in the “Instruction Manual”. All-in-all, this belt is handy because it can be used as a pad or a belt. I am a fan of red and infrared therapy for help with inflammation and soreness. I have used this pad consistently over a few consecutive days for a sprained ankle that is getting better. I can’t tell if it is working to make the healing go faster, but my sense is that it helps. I would, however, like for this pad/belt to be a bit more padded, to have arrived with less of a chemical smell to it, to have more thorough information with it--and to have included a power bank.

Very low quality; obviously no quality control in production; really sick of receiving instructions that murder the English language, bad grammar, misspelled words! If you want to do business in US, then pay someone to do the package inserts who can correctly use and write English. Don’t waste your money and Amazon’s for paying for return. If Amazon review their clients products more carefully, they would dance millions on return costs.
