Works to decrease inflammation/swelling and pain but the cord is way too short and unplugs too easily at multiple spots. Not sure why they made the connections between the device and the cord so flimsy. It’s worth the money, but have to be so careful not to u plug it. Don’t like the On setting goes off quickly so you have to choose a time setting for it to stay on longer. Wish there were longer settings than 30 mins or a bigger size to treat larger areas.

A little concerned about this. The pain relief is good, the heat is nice. I now just leave it plugged in near my bed because every time I plug it in or take it out of the outlet, I see sparks. Maybe that means I should not be using it at all? This has happened every time I've used it from right out of the box. Is this the way it is for everyone?

Cord stopped working after having it a little over a month. It did come with another outlet like for phones you can plug into the box. Not really powerful. You get what you pay for.

This works very well, and seems well made. I have seen what appears to be this exact product sold by another company for over 5x the price. The only concern I have regarding engineering so far is that the plug gets quite warm during use. It comes in a generic box and does not have any industrial material smells out of the box. I use it on my legs and lower back both to reduce inflammation/pain and for overall blood vessel/joint health. I appreciate the ability to control the level of intensity and the range of the timer on the control. The material is well sewn and the cord breaks down into two pieces and stores perfectly in the pocket of the wrap. I've been using it nightly, an hour overall at a time, for about 2 1/2 months at this point with zero issues or faults. Recommended.
