These are very high quality in construction, come with nice accessories, and are simple to use. The controls are thoughtfully designed and intuitive. A soft-touch panel on the back turns it on with a long press, displays battery level, then short touches cycle through modes. Blue or red lights indicate which LED frequencies are activated and at what power level. Only downside to the interface is accidental changing of modes; once you know what to avoid, not a problem. Battery life is good, especially for lower power and single frequency modes. Not cheap, but there aren't many red light devices out there that are able to spot-target small areas as well as these do. The quality is definitely apparent in the materials used and the design features. A generous stack of self-adhesive rings are included (and if careful these can even be renewed with soap & water). The elastic straps feature both a snap end and strategically placed low-profile velcro for placement options. A silicone surround connects the strap and is easily removable yet secure. Charging through the usb-c is fast. The jury is still out on many of red light's benefit claims. I can say that I suffered no negative effects from their use, and joint pain results were promising. [anecdotal caveats apply, of course] If you've had positive experience elsewhere or are wanting to try a very portable device, I'd definitely recommend these.

Reviewing Photonstar Red Light Therapy Device This a great set of red light therapy devices. It comes very nicely packaged. I am very impressed these already came charged. Nothing like getting something new then having to wait for it to charge up. The lights are very bright except for the 850nm. It is not as visible in the light spectrum so it doesn't look like it lights up but it does. At first I had a hard time holding down the button and powering this on. Then I clumsily scrolled through the light selections. The button seems sensitive easily turning the light on and off or switching modes. So reading the directions and pushing the button got easier to control with experience. I did not use the included circle stickers to attach theses to my skin as I just tied this to my foot for my ligament I was healing. I just attached the devices using the included Velcro straps and they held in place fine. But I was just sitting up in bed and not moving around much so you may want the stickers if you moving around a lot. The biggest con with this I see so far are have very tiny the directions are. I had to blow them up on my copier to be able to read them. The instructions are very thorough and I liked they explained all I needed to know to operate and use the device. I have used this five times an can't attest to if it's doing anything. I am a big believer in different healing modalities but the jury is still out on this one. The lights feel warm against the skin it's a pleasant feeling. There is a timer on the lights and it lasts for 15 minutes and the battery says it hold about 1 hour worth of charge which is what I got our of them before recharging. This also comes with one charging cord to charge all three device units at the same time. I will up date as I use this for healing more.

This red light set has numerous capabilities. Three bands together, with three pucks close will do your back depending on you back, even high or low. One band will do my knee or shoulder. The bands have both snaps and Velcro in different locations. With the stick-on Circles, you have other numerous areas they can be used. I have been using them when I am sitting or lying down as is. They tend to stay in place. I can sit up and put three of the pucks around my shoulder, with the help of a sports bra. I keep mentioning my shoulder as I have a tear in my ACL and this really helps especially at night. I also like the fact that you can use Red light, Red Light and Blue light or just Blue light. They do different things to help you heal. To charge the Pucks that have a long-lasting batteries, One USB C charges all three of the pucks at the same time. My one negative is it doesn’t come with a USB power supply wall plug in. These days most household have several. I could go on about this Red-Light Therapy. I really like it.
