Had it 2 days so far and absolutely love the results thus far! 15 min on each side of my body and the quality of sleep I got was phenomenal. My shoulders getting stiff usually has me tossing and turning, but I noticed relief the first night and a huge difference that second night bc I didn't wake up once. This is a small red light therapy pad, not really a mat. It is much smaller than I expected from the word “mat,” so it is more for one body area at a time, like knee, elbow, shoulder, arm, or a small part of the back. Quality looks pretty good. The pad is flexible, the stitching looks decent, and it comes with the power adapter and elastic strap. The strap is useful because it helps keep the light pad in place while using it. Setup is very simple. You just connect the power and place it on the area you want to use. I like that it is soft and flexible, not a hard plastic panel, so it is more comfortable to wrap around smaller body areas. I cannot judge long-term effectiveness yet, but it is easy to use and comfortable. I just wish the listing was more clear about the size, because calling it a body mat can make it sound much bigger than it really is.

Haven't had it long enough to know if it helps but I've learned not to use the level 4 or 5 settings because it actually burned my skin. Sort of feels like a sunburn.

Upon deep research with an over saturated market this mat had the most bulbs per square inch and the best bang for my buck. Quality mat, easy to use and power dial was nice to use too. I know its hard to find a decent mat but look no further. I have been using Redlight beds for years and finally decided to but this to save some money. I had looked around for months to find the right one.

So far so good. It's far more convenient simply to lie on the red light therapy pad, than to put a clunky device within range and torque your body to maximize exposure. All good thus far, as I've said, early in process of trying to lessen the pain associated with total knee joint replacement surgery. One caveat, the instructions are spare—even a little opaque for an English speaking user. Patience and humor wanted.
