The media could not be loaded. The different light settings are a big plus especially the red light for anti-aging and the blue light for acne. After a few sessions, I noticed a reduction in breakouts and my skin tone started to look more even.Another great thing is that treatments are quick (around 5 to15 minutes), so it’s not time-consuming at all. It feels like having a mini spa session at home.

It had such great reviews, so I was hopeful! I tried plugging it in at several different places. Tried unplugging and replugging. Tried holding the on button. The face mask lights wouldn’t turn on. Talked to Amazon product support for half an hour…still nothing. Now I just have to return it and look for a different option.
