experimenting with red light therapy and by golly, I think it might be helping! I am using it by wrapping around my shoulders since I have rotator cuff issues and some pain from that and some of the pain is subsiding after using the red light. My husband is using it for knee pain and that is also helping him.

Absolutely love this red light/infared light! I mainly use it on my back. I have chronic problems. I also have wrapped it around my knees. I haven't figured out what kind of or where to buy a battery. This would be wonderful so I could move around. I would buy this again!
