So far, so good!
Since I received this red light therapy bulb, I have been using it twice per day and at night for sure helps me to feel more relaxed and I sleep better. In the morning, when I feel a little stiff, it helps me to get my muscles ready to move and feel less achy. I only wish it came with a stand but I was able to hang it using a pole.
