So, I have been an avid user of red light therapy recently. I really liked this product in particular. It is flexible, it comes with two straps (both of which come off and can be adjusted per your need)- which basically means you can use it for therapy in unconventional places and adjust based on your need. I pulled a muscle on my thigh area and typically conventional red light therapy devices are not designed so you can adjust things to focus on the lights on specific areas. The only thing you should know about this device is, it is not battery operated and rather a plug in device. So while you are using it, you are basically wired to the socket (not mobile). Regardless, I would still rate it a 5 for its performance and flexibility

This is easy to use. The size is adjustable. It wraps around my neck comfortably. I like that there are different levels of light and heat intensity.

"This product is very convenient. I can be hands free with the way it wraps with the Velcro strips. I like that I can use it for under my chin, around my neck, and even on my face. The flexibility is great! I've been using this on my jaw for TMJ pain. Great product, this really works!! Helps me with neck pain and tightening skin. My neck is no longer stiff and achy. I'm starting to notice a difference in my double chin the more I use it. This tiny red light therapy belt is amazing! My husband snores a lot because he has rhinitis that interferes with his sleep rest. When I used it, I found that this red light treatment neck band was similar to the anti-snoring band I bought for my husband before. I felt that the principle of design and use was similar, so I tried to let my husband use this treatment device of mine. It's really amazing! After my husband wore this physiotherapy neck brace, he said his chin felt warm and comfortable to sleep. It keeps his mouth closed so he sleeps with less snoring. I was surprised to learn that my husband could use it to help reduce his snoring!!"

This is a nice red light therapy unit for any area you can place it on. I am a firm believer in Infrared Therapy as it has helped give me pain relief in more areas than I can name. I suffer with Fibromyalgia pain, injuries and have always had the doctor visits, prescriptions, chiropractors, over the counter rubs and creams. Not anymore! I get the appropriate Light Therapy unit out and within minutes my pain is relieved and if I leave it on longer, even joint soreness isn’t there the next day. This Red light therapy belt with near infrared light is convenient and works great! It's small and portable and I love the 3 different time settings on it. This is a nice unit that works on any area it fits. This to be a great value and I'm glad that I got it. I hope you're as pleased with this unit as I am. I will absolutely not go without Infrared Therapy ever again.
