This is a very nice Red Light Therapy device. It's designed to be wrapped around the waist area for the lower back. This belt device works well. Adjustments are easy with the two straps and fit nice. I have not used it long to feel great difference of the Infrared LEDs but at the least, it's very soothing. The massage feature is nice but I personally find it a bit weak as I like deep tissue massages. All are controlled via an inline remote. This device looks real well made and works well.

I already have a red light therapy machine, and it works really well. The problem is that it is clunky and I can't lay down on it… Plus I need to wear special glasses so I don't blind myself. This device makes it so much easier to use because I can wrap it around the bottom of my back; and the lights are just as intense as my other unit. Just remember it takes several weeks before you start noticing a difference… And that's with daily use... so be patient and you will feel the results. Recommended.
