Beautiful deep gray, comes in three boxes (not necessarily same day). Easy to unbox, easy to handle and super easy to put together with few but clear instructions. Inside boxes, well protected by both a plastic cover and a fabric-type cover. Pristine. Fingertip controls at end of each armrest, also a covered USB outlet there. Extra long power cord (one for each chair). Silent, smoooooth reclining, needs maybe an inch or so from wall. Amazing quality in all the construction details and most important of all - so comfy! I had to make myself leave my comfy nest. The center console is larger and deeper (a foot!) than most and the console lid is quite sturdy. Very we built. Nice recliner with lousy instructions. Here is a tip. When you raíse the foot rest the back goes down also which is annoying. So, bring the foot rest all the way up then give quick taps to the down button and the back rest will come up but the foot rest will not lower.

Our Park Model home requires care as to size when buying furniture and this RV-designed love seat fit the spot perfectly. The size and the wall-hugging ability were the raison d'etre for the purchase. It arrived timely, the wife and I could easily move the four pieces inside, and the assembly was simple. We gave it five stars even though there was a glitch in the recline operation. The assembly hung up on the platform base. Though customer service insisted that there was an alignment procedure and provided a picture, there wasn't. The feet were all through-bolted, so the slotted adjustment bolts (which were missing) wouldn't have worked anyway. The assembly looked bent, so I straightened it with a claw hammer, and now it works fine. CS is still insisting that there is an adjustment, but don't believe them if you have this problem. Durability remains to be seen, all else is just great! ... show more

We’re truly enjoying our loveseat. It took 3 hrs to put it together because both my wife and I are physically limited due to medical conditions but with perseverance and aside of the disregard on delivery driver actions we were able to bring in 3 boxes 2 of which were heavy, we sat side by side to relax in comfort m. The motor is quiet, smooth and worked like a charm. Did I mention quiet? Ohhh yeah, it’s quiet. Very comfortable and have already fallen asleep in it a few times. At 6’0 I was impressed with the length when fully reclined. Almost lying flat. Having served in the USN I found it easy to ‘maneuver’ as it’s almost a match in width of our bunks aboard ship and I was a 100lbs lighter back then. Bottom line, I’m 6ft, 250 and I, we truly love this darn thing!😂 Saaalute! ... show more

These recliners are very comfortable and the fit perfectly in our RV where we removed a very uncomfortable hide-a-bed. We were able to install them easily.! Now we have 2 more “beds” where we will sleep. They are truly wall huggers! Our other bed is the two bench seats that fold down and are comfy also. But we needed that bed for guests! Would buy again if needed! ... show more
