We print up a bunch of recipes from all over the internet and give them a try. If we like them, we write them down here so we always have them. Plus I've written down old family favorites so that my family has access to those recipes as well. The selling point in this for me was the index in the front. I wish it would remind me to actually write my recipes down. This does take discipline. But the book it easy to use, easy to reference later, especially if I use the diet guide on the page to mark it vegan or GF, or whatever category the dish falls under. Plenty of room for extra notes as well. The cover feels like it may take a little abuse before it gets stained or worn. ... show more

First of all, the product design is adorable. Secondly, each page is really concise (which isn't a problem, but for one particularly long recipe, I did use two pages). I like the inclusion of checkboxes to mark whether or not a recipe meets certain dietary restrictions, and I also like the difficulty checkbox as well. ... show more
