It does not stay where you put it even with primer. Spend your money on an actual quality product this is not it.

The colors are beautiful and vibrant it goes on smooth and doesn't smear or leave dust behind and it didn't irritate my eyes like some other brands do. It lasted through a 12 hour shift in the heat and didn't smudge or anything. Has a great shimmer without being too much and blends very well.
