It arrived fully charged and worked perfectly. I was so happy I bought this product. However, when I plugged it into charge it didn’t charge it. It is completely dead and doesn’t work. Update: However great customer service! They contacted me through Amazon and fully replaced with a new one! I am very happy with this machine, it gets the job done. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is I want to see if the new unit will charge this time. I will come back and give it a five if it does.

Used this at my coffee shop! I was about to hire out the job because the sun hits our windows and doors all day where you can see the streaks. My baristas just don't want to wash them. I get it. But I tried this when I saw Sivan Ayla trying it. I was influenced and thank goodness! I used "the world's best glass cleaner" with the cleaner pad to wash before I squeegeed (instead of regular spray) Then it beautifully cleaned it - streak free. No drips. I am SUPER impressed! If you have bigger open sections of glass - get this!!

I was so excited to use this when I saw it on an influencer’s page but it is worthless! I am used to using a squeegee but this one has grooves on the back so it makes lines on the window. I thought it might be user error so I’ve tried several times but still no luck. I am passed the return window so it will go in the garbage.

Waited too long to return item. Only used once and meant to return. By the time I was able to return I missed the window of opportunity. Cleaning by hand is much easier, quieter and quicker.

I only used it 3 times. I am amazed how fast & well it works. It sucks up all the liquid off the window & leaves it streak free. Some of the reviews indicated that it did not perform very well. If you are careful when using the vacuum--keep it close to the glass & move at a controlled rate, this unit preforms well. I used it to clean my sliding glass doors. The whole job took me less than 5 minutes- both inside & out. I found no streaks the next day. If this unit keeps working as well as the first 3 times, I rate it as Excellent!! It is a real time saver. By the way, I hate cleaning windows but, this unit makes it very fast & easy.

Was excited about this and it is easy to use and lightweight...but, it streaks and when you finish you have to clean up your surface at the bottom because it leaves a wet line of what you just "suctioned" off. To me, this is not worth it. Easier to just spray and wipe the surface yourself.
