My 94 yr-old Dad had a pair of Miracle Ear's ($3,000) and after one broke, I was looking for something to replace the (as he refused to go back to Miracle Ear), so I bought these just to see! I was shocked when he said to me "Let's try both"! Amazingly, he loves them, actually forgetting one night to remove them as the flower bud ear pieces are very comfortable! We marked the left side, so we make sure they're in the correct side for charging. The first charge is 9 hrs , then 4 after that. 1-9 volume and 1-4 for settings Outdoor-Crowds-Indoor-TV. My Dad likes the TV setting and the only issue is the settings, you can only go forward, so you have to cycle all the way to lower but once they're set they remain that position. You do have to fudge them a little in the charger until you get a 'yellow' light on each side. Feel free to ask any questions. My Dad is very happy!! ... show more

My dad picked these to try out. They work, but his fingers are too thick so he can't press the micro control button. If you have big or shaky fingers these will be tough to use. Also, the instructions are for multiple models, but the RL60M buds are not specifically mentioned so instructions are confusing. ... show more

When I got my order one of the hearing aids did not work on volume change. Contacted seller and they immediately sent replacement. Also should mention that the hearing aids have good clarity and are very comfortable.

I used these hearing aids and on Day 1 both domes came off in my ear canals my wife had to use tweezers to get them out of my ears The domes are very hard to see inside of my ear canals and my wife had a difficult time getting them out with tweezers They were quite deely embedded in my ear canals. scary stuff BUYER BEWARE ... show more

The hearing aids came already charged. I wore them from when the arrived until bedtime. They were comfortable. Small size that fits in the ear. I am trying to get my husband to order a pair.

I ordered these specifically for the type of ear tip, not plugging so it doesn't sound like your under water but when I received my supposively new set the accessory bag was opened and the ear tips, the thing specifically that caught my attention, were replaced with regular tips. I returned them upon receiving. I wanna try them again but hesitant to waste more time. ... show more
