I would truly give 3.5 stars but since I can’t, 4 will have to do. This is very useful for those that don’t have the strength to scrub and scrub all those hard places in shower or tub. Once charged, this scrubber has plenty of power to do what it is intended to do. It comes with everything shown and is very easy to use. Changing the heads is simple and can be done very quickly. For me, the big scrubber and the corner scrubber is the most used though I’ve used everything except the buffer. Cleaning grout is a cinch and does the job very well. The corner scrubber could benefit better if the bristles were harder but did what I needed it to do. The small scrubber does the same as the big scrubber but gets in tighter places. We live in a place with very hard water which leaves a brown film on everything and helps create black mold on the silicone stripping. None of the heads will remove the black stuff. The brown film seems to go away everywhere except in a porcelain tub. It will lighten it but won’t remove it. It could be the cleaner that I was using. All in all it’s a good tool and I do recommend.

This is not a magic wand. It is a great scrubber. It may not deep clean a dirty area, but I found it cleans better than normal scrubbing. If your cleanser says put on an and wait 5 min, you still must put it on and wait 5 min. You do not have to use as much cleanser. As a test I put a small drop of Dawn in my sink, and it cleaned the entire sink, and the bristles are long enough to get in small gaps around the cabinet / sink interface and the drain. I had a rust like spot in my shower that I’ve tried to clean for years, I passed the scrubber over the spot once and poof - gone. The only thing that I found as a negative, and it is not the scrubbers fault, is once you finish cleaning the floor you still have to get on your knees to wipe up the soap. This is not too bad, since you used less cleanser. It is faster to clean with the scrubber, and so it is a time saver. I have arthritis in both hands, and after scrubbing, I can still use my hands for other chores and hobbies. Oh. The scrubber tends to walk, so you must hold the scammer close to the head, but by the time I finished cleaning the kitchen tile, I figured out if I positioned the scrubber head in the right position, all I had to do is hold on and let it do the walking. 😉 Worth it.

I have a small shower and was hoping this could be used to clean without being inside the shower since it can extend. The spinning brush likes to go wherever it wants once it touches the wall, so my plan failed and I had go inside the shower to grip it firmly to hold it in place. The suds were also flying everywhere because of the spinning brush. By the time I got out of the shower, my clothes were entirely soaked and covered with bleach BUT the shower was clean. So, it works, but doesn't really work for me. Also, it leaves black scratch marks on the walls.
