Good customer service, good product. It's what I expected but not at all what I hoped it would be. The chair is very comfortable, but it is a bean bag, don't believe this is an actual chair with back support. If you have a foot rest or place to put your legs it is comfee for an adult to nap in. If you are more than 60-80lbs or so the back support is not back support. Small children could use it for gaming but older kids and adults will need foot rest to sit in it as it turns into just a bean bag or flat place to sit with weight. i have this chair in my gaming room just if i want to get off my regular gaming chair and sit in a comfortable one closer to the ground! (my dog uses it when i’m not). i also like that it isn’t too soft and squishy, it holds its position when sitting in it

Way smaller than advertised. The picture has a grown man sitting on it—- No Way!!! It is Very low to the ground- it also has a strange material that is not very comfortable. For the price, I would pass on this if I were you

Came quicker than intended even though it was originally due earlier in week. However, it came much more thicker than expected and a bit of weight to it. Only complaint was that it collects dust and dog hair quick but used a lent roller and was able to remove all that.
