...well, maybe except for the "realistic" part. Typical over-sell, maybe underwhelm. Foreskin area does move, as it says, but takes Arnold Swartzenegger to move it, Needs enough power to move it I am not sure I would really agree to that, and, to my mind, clearly not realistic. and the "realistic" balls part? Well, they are there, a little movable, but not at all what I might call "realistic". Or maybe just that I am so old and loose that my field of reference is somewhat akilter. And, not a fault, or complaint, maybe just my lack of attention to advertising detail: I am sure if I return to the ad it will have listed dimensions, which I apparently glossed over or mumbled something like, "...close enough..." and now, well, it is a little bigger than I was anticipating. So not a complaint, just an observation: check the specs to make sure this is what you want.
