If I could give zero stars I would. It was a good product WHILE IT WORKED. I got full use of it three times before the thrusting on it just quit during the middle of play. And I am PISSED it is not elegible for replacement and there is no way of contacting the seller. Don't waste your money on this one. Ok, so let me get right into this. I was excited when it came. Washed him off and everything. Lubed up real good, upon using i wasn't getting satisfied. Idk if it was just me.or what. The remote didn't work. I turned him off the humming vibration kept going. I had to let his battery die in order for the noise to stop. I opened him at 10p used him @ 10:30p, turned him off @ 10:45p because he wasn't doing anything for me. This thing kept vibrating humming until 1:30p the next morning. Need to say i won't be using him anymore. Not sure if I received a defect or wht. I charged him up I put the battery in the remote the remote did not turn him off either. It felt of not as realistic as it says but hey wht do you expect from a toy. The head part was soft and didn't have a smell. My friend said I should try it again. I would but I dnt want to hear that noise another 13 hrs ridiculous.
