I purchased this ice machine to support church functions. We were tired of store hopping buying 10-20 bags of ice for every big event. This ice machine arrived in 5 days and was well packaged in crates (see attachments). Assembly required two people and took about an hour….pretty simple. This unit makes ice very quickly and ice stays frozen. It filled up the storage container overnight (10-12 hours). I would guess close to 200lbs or more ice. I have only had for 1 week. Originally received and the unit would not turn on. I contacted customer support and they quickly helped me diagnose the problem. Ice maker is now working and spitting ice like it should. This review is for the big ice unit, not the counter top one. Thanks Again!

Wow! I service ice machines. These may be manufactured overseas, but I was clearly impressed. Packaging was plywood boxes and well protected internally. Service door is hinged. Even came with a condensate pump, which wasn't listed in ad. A second plastic ice scoop that would hope up if the ice is broken after it sets in bin for a while. Metal scoop is highly suggested. Ran the machine until it had half a bin. The bin holds ice for days in my shop which stay around 85f. Very clean build! All stainless. 8 computer fans for the condenser, instead of one larger typical fan. At this price, I would not hesitate one bit to buy a second unit, but this one makes more than I need. It also came with a filter, which is for sediment only. Seems to be a standard size, if you wanted to improve the filter type. Haven't researched or tried the self cleaning feature yet. I would expect a nickel safe cleaner would do better than just the water it claims to use. Insyall was simple. The ONLY thing that was terrible, was spening almost 2 hours removong all of the film from the stainless. But still gets 5 stars from me. Very pleased with this purchase!!!
