Pros: Ease of assembly, all parts included. Con: already starting to rust! I live in a desert area, so not a lot of moisture. Get what you pay for! CHEAP

It is 12x20 if you count the roof overhang. Inside the frame/walls is about 12’x18’. Looks good, needed to watch the video on amazon for instructions to install. Seller was very helpful with any issues or missing parts, great communication and timely responses to questions. Constructing is not hard just takes time. I finished building. The carport today so can’t say how it will hold up to the weather yet. I would buy it again. Two of the three bodies from UPS were damaged.

This product is really just not the greatest. 1. The instructions are terrible, especially when it came to the roof. 2. The joints of the carport have a lot of give in them, allowing them to sway with just a little push 3. The metal roof pieces came bent which didn't allow for them so sit flush against each other without having to be bent back 4. The finishing edges did not line up with the holes at all. We had to drill our own holes in order to make it fit in someway, and it is still not great. 5. They did not include enough screws or waterproofing tape. I will say that the seller offered to send more, I just did not have the time to wait for them. 6. Some of the pieces had begun to rust straight out of the box 7. The majority of the roof pieces have plastic on them which was near impossible to remove. This whole project took 8 hours of labor with 2-3 people working on it. When constructed, just be aware that it will not shield from water. Water will blow in from the sides. I reached out to the company (who is a massage chair company which I thought was strange) and I will say that they were very responsive. However, their solutions were just not practical. They told me to "simply" deconstruct and then reconstruct the carport and it will magically be repaired. Their solution in the end was to refund me $65; take that as you will. I included pictures that will show the pieces that do not line up. It was difficult to photograph once assembled.

Great carport, great price. It took about 10 hours for one person to put it up. But, the UPS people, sure put a lot of dents in the metal. Also most of the poles were bent at the ends. More likely was dropped a few times. I was upset, but there was no other option for me
