I wanted a massage chair but was confused about all the prices I was seeing. I went for this one because the description was just as good as the super expensive ones. It came in 2 boxes. It was easy to assemble and surprisingly big and sturdy. Assembled it looked high quality, modern and sleek. It functioned so well and has so many massage options. It does 0 gravity which means it tilts you way back if you want. It has a partial tilt too. The material is good quality. I expected it to not function as well because it was way more affordable but it functions awesome! Every part of the massage is adjustable: kneeding vs knocking, the pressure of kneeding and knocking, the air pressure it squeezes you, how high or low it massages your back or neck, the length of time. It has heat too. It is compatible with an app but I don't use that. It has speakers you can Bluetooth connect to your phone. It has many auto set options such as relax, stretch, sleep, strong which make the massager work differently. The legs adjust to longer by pushing them out with your feet. I accidentally plugged in the air tubes backwards which made them not function correctly at first. If you don't feel air squishing your calves, shoulders and hips you might have it plugged in backwards too.

TL;DR: I received a defective unit, and amazon informed me that due to the sellers 'constantly changing inventory' that it was impossible to receive a replacement. I have to opt for a refund and deal with the hassle of getting this heavy paperweight out of my house. I got this chair in a shippement of two boxes, no big deal. I got the base first, then the side panels about two days later. It is worth noting that getting the massive base out of the box pretty much requires you to cut up the original packaging. (This can cause issues with returning items) Upon setting the chair up, it was immediately evident that there was something wrong with it. Loud clicking. Metallic scraping. The sound of plastic being scraped. Obviously broken: right out of the box. This is a huge bummer, as I have broken my back twice in the last couple of months, and I was looking forward to some comfort from the pain: no dice. I reached out to amazon support who gave me the option to either get a replacement or a refund at no cost to me. I asked for a replacement as I really wanted this chair. After a couple of minutes the representative informed me that this sellers inventory is changing so much and so often that they are not able to even see what is currently in their inventory: meaning requesting a replacement was impossible and I'd have to go the route of returning the unit and getting a refund. All in all, not worth the experience even with the good reviews.

Ive been looking at these for about 5 years now, and the price attracted me. It has the moving S track, which i felt was important and I knew it had foot rollers. It doesn't massage calves, but it does have the air pressure on the calves which is nice. It also has the heat function and zero gravity mode. It as 7 different automatic modes you can use, and you can customize all the settings. The one con for me is I'm only 5'2 and the neck massage settings are too tall for me, so I have a 3" cushion i use and set the neck massage to the lowest position. I've been using it daily for about 2 months now, and I'm very happy with it. My friend comes over to use it as well - he is 6'5 and says it does an amazing job for him. It was delivered in 2 boxes and I did have to get some strong guys to help me get it in the house, so if you're struggling with strength or pain issues, plan for that or pay for the install. I did put the chair together by myself in about 20 minutes with no issues. (I'm pretty fit, but the chair had to go up some stairs to get into the house and I wasn't capable of that.) The chair seems to be holding up well so far, and I'm really happy with it.

Back in 2005 I used to sell Japanese massage chair part time. At the time, brands like Fujiryoki and Panasonic just dominated the high end, the sub 1000 chair used to be very basic. How time has shifted. This chair has all the functions of the top of line chair back then for one tenth of the price. Wow. For the price, it is very impressive. The only thing I have some reservations was the controller. The design is basic, the bottom layout is not very intuitive. It is not bad tho. The build quality is pretty and better than I expected for the price. Some of the moves felt very human like. Very happy with the purchase.

Great chair for the price. Easy to assemble. Arrived with a broken part. Contacted the company and they were very responsive and sent the replacement part out right away. Took a chance on the blue seating area and am very pleased with the color.

Product itself seems good. But Shipping quality was bad, air connector damaged. Inappropriate function. Refunding sequence is good, but Amazon should more take care about the customer who bought huge and weighted product. I injured while repack with its original box which was damaged during shipping.

I would not advise anyone to purchase this item. I typically will give good reviews but based on the manufacturer's customer service I would give it ZERO star if possible. It em was received and the same day I setup and it did not work! Called manufacturer (waited on phone for 36 minutes) and was sent a You-tube link on how to take off the cover to the motherboard. I was asked check and see if any wires were loose but instead of waiting online with me I was asked to take picture of motherboard and email to them and someone will contact me in 5 minutes. After waiting a day and no response I called back but gave up after waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes. Called Amazon and requested a pickup/return and also disputed the charge on my credit card. It is quite unfortunate as I was looking forward to using this chair.
