They have zip up pockets so his cell phone and waller won't fall out. He runs 5 to 7 miles a day. Amazing to me. I can't walk that far. LoL. Are shorter then the photo. But comfy and seen to be of good quality no issues washing them, have had then for a few months now. Good value for the money. Their appearance looks great. They are not transparent, light sweat wicking type of fabric.

Wonderful shorts. Great, light weight fit. Adjustable waist. However, almost all of the pockets have holes in them after only a few months of wear. I only keep a cell phone and a few keys in the pockets. The holes are right on the seems though. So, they should be easy enough to fix. I love the zipper pockets so that stuff doesn't fall out of them.

Love these shorts! Good elastic holds them in place well. Not loving the zipper pocket but...the zipper is well made and doesn't look bad. Nice quality...seem to be well sewn and nice material weight.

Bought these for my husband. We live in a very humid area, and these are perfect for wearing. He loves the comfort, "air flow", and the zipper pockets. Product was as described. Color and size are perfect and very light weight.

The inseam I got was more 5.5-6 inches but I’m not too mad about that. Thin, super long waisted aka they go up very high, great pockets, adjustable with string waistband, comfy.

This really is, “you get what you pay for”. After taxes a 4-pack is just under 40 bucks. That’s 10 bucks a short. I purchased because they are one of the few woven type shorts that are 7 inches. The design is fine, though I’m not a huge fan of the zippered pockets as I often want quick access to pockets and have my hands in pockets. Although I’m not a fan of the zippers, I can see why some folks would like them. The reason for the low rating is the quality. They feel cheap and I quickly discovered a hole in one pocket - first time wearing after initial wash. I placed my wedding ring in the pocket, zipped the zipper, took one step, and then heard, “ding” as my ring found itself on the floor. Thank goodness I was in my home. I already washed them and I’m unsure if I’ll return them. I might just use them as yard work shorts. We’ll see…
