Update: It took a little bit to get to the right people but once we did, the company worked with us and first sent us the new part (no additional cost) to try to fix our truck and then when that didn’t work, they sent us a new truck! It seemed like a long process but the company really seemed to care and made sure they took care of us once we got connected to the right people. We love the product, the truck works really well and it is nice to have a remote so we can control it until he is able to drive it on his own. Old: We ordered and got this truck on May 31st for our 3 year old. It is a mini version of Daddy’s truck and he absolutely loved it! However, just 2 months later it would no longer work. July 28th was the last time we were able to use it. It was rainy that day and got wet before we could put it away. We have tried charging it multiple times, but it has not worked since. Our 3 year old is so disappointed and kept asking to drive his truck. We took it to our local car repair shop to check the battery and they said the battery was fine but we need a new control module. We searched and couldn’t find a way to order one. We reached out to the customer support email from the book and they weren’t very helpful, just saying that part isn’t in, they are having trouble getting it stocked. My husband also called and talked to customer service of the company asking about the part or a replacement and he said there was nothing they could do because we bought it through Amazon, however, I can’t find where I can do anything about it through Amazon because it lasted longer then the 1 month return policy window. I am very upset and disappointed, I hesitated buying it to begin with because of the price $350 dollars, but looking at everything it looked like it would last our toddler a long time so I was willing to spend the money.

I bought this product for my grandson. When it arrived, my grandson was so happy. He loved his red truck. However, in the space of only three months the truck was not working anymore. This is an expensive toy. I thought I had lost my money, so I was very disappointed. Nevertheless, I got in touch with the seller and talked to the owner's brother. He was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience. He offered me a replacement or a complete refund which I accepted. I want to give thanks to this seller for his company's ethics. He places the customer's satisfaction above profits. I received my refund within 24 hours. I am very satisfied with the prompt action of this company. I know they will have great success in life because they put customers first. Thank you for your prompt attention to the solution of this problem. I appreciate your help. I wish you great success.

Once again I am writing a review on this truck. I rated it a one because I couldn’t go lower. I purchased this truck for my grandson‘s birthday. I Purposely bought it Two months early in case there was a problem with it, I would have time to fix the problem. His birthday Was yesterday August 18, And the truck is still not working. The problem is the battery. When we got the truck we charged it for 10 hours As instructed to do, After the 10 hours, we put the battery into the truck and it did not work. At the time I wrote my first review. (See below.). The Company agreed to give us our money back. They did Reimburse size $20. They never offered to replace the battery, and we tried to buy one from Amazon, we could not find one. I wanted to return the truck, but my daughter in law said it took her so long to assemble she didn’t want to disassemble it to send it back. After looking all over my son finally found a battery for the truck. He had to order it, and it was not here in time for my grandson‘s birthday. He couldn’t use the truck on his birthday. Beware, if you buy this toy truck they will not place the battery, and it is a pain in the behind to get one. I do not recommend! Company said they would give me a full refund on the price of the truck. Ended giving me $20 back. I guess what they really meant was refund for battery. That’s ok with me. Never expected a full refund on the truck, but don’t say something and not honor it. I think they should just send a better battery with the truck, as so many people have problems. If you buy this truck, have a spare battery ready so your little one isn’t disappointed when the original doesn’t work. UODATE: Company did end up contacting me. They gave me a refund for a new battery, and also offered to refund the full price of the truck. I would recommend this company. Great customer service. I decided to purchase this truck even after reading all the reviews that said so many people were having trouble with the battery. The reason I did purchase it is because a lot people said that the company had made it right. When the truck arrived my daughter in law charged the battery for 10 hours as required in the directions. Nothing! It did not work! I called Amazon, and they sent a request to the company asking them to replace the battery. Amazon told me if the company did not respond in 3 days to call Amazon back. The company never responded. They did not make it right. Amazon told me I could return the truck, but after it taking so long to assemble, and then charging it for 10 hours we were not about to un assemble it to return it. My son will Buy a new battery. Amazon was not at all at fault. They did give me a partial refund toward the purchase of a new battery.

*Update Company reached out and they have one of the best customer service. Told them my issues and they have shipped out a replacement without hesitation! Once I receive the replacement I’ll update my review once again. For now I’m satisfied with how they showed that they care about their customers. I purchased this kids truck back in may of this year so it hasn’t been used a lot, the truck worked fine and now it doesn’t want to move even after charging the truck. Only the headlights and the horn and stuff work on it but when you press on the pedal the truck doesn’t do anything and doesn’t want to move. Now I’m out for the price of the truck and I have a screaming toddler that wants to use his truck and he can’t! I hope I can get help from the seller as Amazon doesn’t want to step in to make things right. I’ve tried contacting the seller directly but have been unsuccessful. Beware of this truck the reviews may seem great but it’s truly not.
