This suitcase is amazing. It looks tiny, but like the Tardis it's bigger on the inside. I was looking for a carry-on suitcase to take with me to Melbourne. For the most part the luggage held up fine. Our first flight using the luggage was from the U.S. to Bali. When we arrived in Bali, we noticed that one of the wheel's had popped off and was missing. We were too busy to deal with it while on vacation so waited til we got home to contact them because I remembered there was a warranty that came with the product and thought it wouldn't be a big deal. When we got home, I contacted Kenneth Cole regarding the warranty. The customer service rep said they no longer service my type of luggage and told me to go to a shoe repair store or seamstress to replace my own luggage wheel. Technically Kenneth Cole Reaction luggage comes with a warranty but when reading more closely at the warranty, it pretty much covers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They don't cover "normal wear and tear" and they don't cover "damage by common carrier or airline". But supposedly they do cover "defects in material or workmanship". This is a terrible deception that their company tells the public. My brand new luggage couldn't survive one flight from the U.S. to Bali without a wheel popping off? And they can't even send me a replacement wheel or fix my luggage? So apparently, Kenneth Cole doesn't stand behind it's products and refuses to to help their customers. Like I said before, their luggage held up for the most part minus scratches all over the exterior appearing after first use and the missing wheel. But I appreciate good customer service and a company that stands behind their product. Kenneth Cole doesn't do that. I won't ever buy any bags from them ever again. Buyer beware. This is a great carryon bag. It's small enough to fit the carryon restrictions (I flew with American Airlines and Southwest and had no problems) yet still big enough to fit a week's worth of clothes, a pair of flip flops, a pair of sneakers/joggers, a microfiber towel and my toiletries in it. I packed myou bag as full as I possibly could and the zipper held strong. The wheels were a dream, they made it so easy to push along the narrow isles on the plane. The shell of the suitcase is just as strong and durable. I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for a good quality yet still affordable bag. ... show more

I bought this item for a long trip to Europe. The bag has broken on my first flight from Cleveland to New York. One of the wheels (the one that is on the side where handle is) completely detached (see images). The item is no longer rolling, and I have to literally carry this 45 lbs bag. The worst thing about all these is that I can't even return it, as I'm in the middle of my trip. The only option I have is to buy some new bag and dump this one in my hotel room. Good looking, and price seemed ok, but fabric and zipper completely disintegrated and there is no easy fix. Basically I ended up paying about $20 per round trip to use it. Warranty is not likely to repair or replace but it seems like it should have lasted under normal wear and tear, which includes loading and unloading on airplanes and taxis since it IS luggage. ... show more

Received it on time. I just came back from Peru with a grueling travel itinerary. This suitcase is very light weight. I was happy it was so light weight because it allowed me to pack more items. My concern was if it was durable enough for the trip. It passed the test. Except for a small scuff mark on one side, it made the round trip. The color I received is a dark pink or fuscha color. I was a bit iffy about the color but grew to love it. I can easily spot my luggage a mile away. It was also quite fun as a conversation piece. So here are the cons: it has a zippered compartment on one side. Unfortunately there are no other compartments for packing smaller items separately. The wheels work well when "Pulling" the suitcase behind me. It does not steer so well when walking with it on the side. I found myself having to put alot of effort into steering it when walking with it from the side. Aside from those 2 issues, it's a keeper. ... show more
