  • Decent... I Guess...
Color: Red
Got these as an "upgrade" for my C10, which was already running Injora 43mm shocks. Can't say it feels like a REAL upgrade though. Yes, you DO gain that extra 5mm of extension, BUT it comes at the price of 3mm LESS on compression. It's not a dealbreaker by any means but, for me at least, it sort of makes it a side-grade rather than an upgrade. ALSO: The ONLY part of these shocks that are different to ANY OTHER SHOCKS is a slightly longer inner rod. Everything else (the shock bodies, the mid-stage telescopic, the spring tensioner) are all the EXACT SAME. (also helps to explain why the compressed length isn't proportionally better. And, to top it all off, when I was switching out springs, one of the rod mounts had either been cross-threaded or loc-tite-ed when installed, because it would NOT come free. Finally had to go hunt down my needle-nose vice grips and use an allen key through the eyelet hole in order to get the dang thing off. The tiny bit of extra travel is neat and all, just be aware of what you're getting. These aren't NECESSARILY an all around upgrade. ... show more

  • Quality product but doesn't work well with the stock chassis.
Color: Red
These seem like really well built, quality shocks but I just can't get them to work well with the stock SCX24 chassis. They are way too long and the springs are too stiff to do anything but make a monster truck. Maybe with some custom shock mounts, an aftermarket chassis, or some very light springs they would be better, but I do not recommend using them unless you are doing some major modifications to your rig or don't care about having a super high center of gravity. ... show more

  • Perfect for small rc, like the wpl trucks.
Color: Red
Definitely not shock absorbers. Just springs. But their low friction when compressing makes them great for small vehicles. . The center tube collapses for increased travel and the different spring rates included make it ideal for a small rock crawler type of vehicle.

  • Nice set up
Color: Grey
Springs are a little too stiff gives it too much lift. Changed to stock springs

  • Should be noted as a "lift kit"
Color: Grey
Of you want your scx24 lifted these are the ticket. If you want more droop and stability not so much. The shock shafts bind no matter how they are mounted (positioning or right side up or down) additional spring kits are cool but even the lightest springs keep it lifted like crazy making the bronco version so top heavy anything past hood height approach angle flips it. I'm running with stock springs installed on them and that's the only way I could even get it to work-ish ... show more
