This is a ginormous upgrade for your Traxxas Slash I can’t believe all the parts that are in this kit it comes with a driveshaft shock, absorbers, suspensions and arms, turnbuckles links and castor blocks stop axle carriers and shock towers and more. The blue color is a very nice touch. I love aluminum on my RC cars some may argue that aluminum is not good for RC car builds but let me tell you every build is specifically different for the user and the design that you choose. This kit comes with all the hardware you need to make an easy installation this was made with the utmost professionalism. When doing aluminum upgrades you want to balance that with the plastic stock pieces some upgrades are better in aluminum and some upgrades are to remain plastic depending on the specific design that you have this kit is amazing because you cannot find this and almost any local RC shop the price for this kit is absolutely stunning and worth every single penny I will highly recommend Great upgrade kit

I made a mistake when ordering this and thought they were for a 4WD Slash, Luckily, my buddy has a kid with a 2WD, so we upgraded some of his stuff instead. We had a lot of fun putting it together, and all were happy with the quality, look, and finish of these parts. The kiddo is 9 and did a lot of the install himself. Everything fits together and works great!

Please remember flexible plastic is better if you are bashing, but if doing speed runs and activities not bashing the aluminum parts look awesome on my cars and trucks. I use these upgrade sets to spend extra quality time with my son, he likes the hobby and we get a few hours per set, and then more time driving. Ok, about the set, no issues upgrading everything lined up, make sure you have some oil for the shocks whatever viscosity you prefer and plan on some quality time with family, or some alone time decompressing from the work day or week by upgrading your RC car to aluminum parts.

These are great mods for your traxxas slash, they make your car a lot more durable, and they look awesome compared to the boring black plastic that comes from the factory. I didn’t like the shocks too much, I think they are way too stiff, even after I filled them with Losi shock oil. This kit is a little bit expensive, but if you want to make your rc car more durable and nice looking, this is definitely something you should consider.
