The first time I launched this plane it went straight for30', banked right, flew straight another 30' all the while climbing, and fell into the clutches of a plane eating tree at 18' high. The trees are vicious where I live, they also eat kites and drones. (Pilot error could possibly have been a contributing factor.) This is not a quick turn plane. Give it plenty of room, like a football field.

I recently got the Crohorizon Remote Control Airplane for Kids 8-12 Years and Up, and I love it! It's great to play with outdoors when there's little to no wind. The plane flies smoothly and is really easy to control. I also found that it's perfect for indoor play, especially in a gym or large open space. The design of the plane is really nice. It's lowkey and minimalist, which I really like. It looks cool without being too flashy. The package comes with three batteries, so I get plenty of playtime before needing to recharge. The plane is also made of foam, making it durable and light. Overall, I'm very happy with this RC airplane. I'll update this review if I find anything new to share. If you're looking for a fun and easy-to-use RC plane, I recommend giving this one a try!

The first thing you notice about this drone is how light it is. It feels quite sturdy, considering it's made out of foam, so I'm hoping it will hold up decently for a while. I got this for my 10yo nephew, who loves dinosaurs. He thinks it's the coolest thing ever! But he's not the most adept pilot, so I know this is going to get flown into trees and crashed into the ground. When I tried flying it, it seems like it's not very responsive. It seems to drift for a while after you stop pushing the controls that direction. I've used other drones that are much more responsive. I imagine that's partly due to the fact that the frame looks like a pterodactyl, which is part of the coolness, so I'll just ding them one star for that. Other than that, this is a super cool and unique drone, and my nephew loves it. And as I said, it seems sturdier than I was expecting. For $30, you really can't go wrong.

This plane is super fun to fly and is easy to control. I live in a neighborhood with a lot of trees and I've gotten it stuck in some trees occasionally, but when I knock it down (with a playground ball or something handy), it falls and doesn't suffer any damage at all. It's tough to get it to take off from the ground but I think that's mostly because my streets and driveway are very rough asphalt, not the really smooth kind. You really have to watch out for the tail wings. They're designed to come off in a crash so they don't get damaged, but if you hit something out of sight and one or both fly off, you might spend some time looking for them. I flew it around with only one tail wing for about 10 minutes once before I realized the other one was on the roof of the house (the plane hit the roof, then bounced off, leaving one of the wings up there). I did have some trouble after a particularly hard crash where one of the motors came unstuck from the body. It seems like this would be something almost impossible to avoid if you crash too often. I used some epoxy plastic to reattach it, and that seems to be holding fine. This one has propeller guards, which may have contributed to the motor coming loose, so I might end up taking those guards off. I've flown others that don't have them, and they don't seem to be absolutely necessary. Anyway, this is a fun, easy plane to start learning to fly. It's not going to do fantastic aerial stunts or anything, but it gives a sense for how to maneuver a plane through some basic turns. It is easy to send flying from my hand and the controls are responsive. It's tough enough for kids to play with; the nose cone is rubber, so it deforms when it hits something, then just reforms back to it's shape. Overall, a very fun toy.

I bought the crohorizon Remote Control Airplane for my 8-year-old son, and it's been a big hit! Pros: Kid-Friendly Design: The Pterodactyl design is super cool and perfect for kids who love dinosaurs. My son was immediately drawn to it. Easy to Use: The remote control is straightforward, making it easy for young kids to learn how to fly. It's not too complicated, which is great for beginners. Durable Construction: The foam material seems sturdy enough to withstand crashes (and believe me, there have been a few!). It's held up well so far. Dual Batteries: Having two batteries included is a nice touch. It means more flying time before needing to recharge, which keeps my son entertained longer. Indoor Fun: It's designed for indoor use, so we can fly it in our living room on rainy days. It's lightweight and doesn't damage furniture or walls.
