  • Best headset I've ever ownbed
I''ve had this headset for more than 6 months now. I have had zero issues with it. I'll start with the negative. You have to push the mic all the way up to mute. Yup. That covers the negative. The sound is outstanding. Great range and loudness. The bass is soooo good. The earpads are so comfortable! I can wear this for hours and not move them. The battery lasts forever! Not forever, but I have yet to have them lose power, and I charge them once, maybe twice a week. With these on, you aren't going to hear much going on around you. I don't know if that's the noise cancelling or just the ear pads, but I only hear the sound from the headset. In my opinion, if you can get these at a good price, you can't go wrong. There may be better, but not at this price range. ... show more

  • No soy Gaming profesional

  • Works well, but unnecessarily bulky
These provide a good experience for being Bluetooth headphones, but they are bulky and large for no good reason, especially considering they don’t hold enough of a charge in my opinion. Razer’s nagware run environment that doesn’t work on Mac is also points off. They do what they are supposed to do, but they could be a lot lighter (or last a lot longer on a single charge.) ... show more

  • Snug fit. Audio is great. Charge holds for days even for gaming.
This wireless headset is nice. It fits snugly and wraps around your ears. After a full day of wearing it, your head might be feeling its snugness, but perhaps that's because it's new. Not painful, but you'll know you've been wearing it. This means they also reduce external sound. When the wife asks me a question from across the room, I have to flip one ear off to hear her, or she has to raise her voice. Don't get me wrong... you can't use these for construction noise cancelling or anything, but they will cut out your computer fan noise or other din sounds. The audio is great. Good treble, good bass. I'm not really an audiophile, so not sure what else to say about it. For gaming, it's wonderful. For watching videos, it's wonderful. A charge lasts for 4-5 days, and that's of several hours per day of use. I don't turn my sound up super loud, so if you do, I assume you'd get a little less time per charge. I just plug my headset in at night once or twice per week into the micro-USB cable (not USB-C). You CAN use the headset while the cord is plugged in, so no worries if you get the battery low warning during a game, just find a moment where you can reach down and plug in and continue your game. The range is excellent. I can take a bio break and keep listening/talking even while in the restroom or getting a beverage. When I take the dog outside, I start to lose about 50% of the connection, but hey, that's pretty darn good! Been using it for about 2 weeks. Loving it! ... show more

  • Not good for surround sound experience
I got these delivered a month ago and have been using them every day. I work from home and often have work conferences. So, I've used them for phone calls, video meetings, gaming, along with listening to music and movies. Volume is good. Other people tell me I sound great over the microphone. So, no real complaints seemed to initially pop up. But, I quite often will leave musician's from Twitch playing as background noise during the day while I'm working. That's how I noticed a low volume crackling present (yes, in both ears). I've tried moving the USB dongle to different ports, it's literally two feet away from the headphones in direct line of sight, doesn't help. Turned off (and on) the TXH Spatial Audio. Tried every other setting in the software, along with the equalizer settings. Even played with different volume settings, both on the headphones and on the computer. I have a good quality 10' long USB extension cable. Thinking maybe something near my computer was causing radio interference I plugged the radio dongle into that and stood that distance away. Same issue. And I've uninstalled all the device drivers and reinstalled them. Nothing will get rid of that crackling sound. When music is playing loud (think every instrument in the orchestra all playing loudly) you probably won't hear it at all. But at normal volume, with normal singing levels, it's always there. And it just gets more annoying as the day goes on hearing it. If you exclusively want to use these for work environment, calling, video conferencing, they are fine. But if you are wanting them for more, I can't recommend them. And the entire THX Spatial Audio effect is ruined. Hard to tell where sounds are coming from when there's always crackling sound coming from everywhere. ... show more

  • (UPDATE) Excellent! Best headset for the money.
[UPDATED_REVIEW] - I updated the software via the Razer Synapse, went to mictests(dot)com, and *poof!* the mic is back to full volume and no longer muffled. I bought this headset in August 2020 for $80 and it's been over 2 years of travel, hot and cold conditions, long workdays, video calls, and they're still like new! The feel is excellent, the battery can last multiple 12-hour days, and even if you're battery is dying, you can charge it while using them. I just checked the price and they're under $50. This headset is probably the best headset you're going to find for under $50. The mic sounds like a standard wireless gaming headset, and that's ok! The ear cups are great! They fit my ears perfectly and they're deep. They're simple, so you're going to get just the "mic up mute" and the volume wheel, but that's really all I need. [ORIGINAL_REVIEW] - The microphone is terrible because you need to be essentially eating the microphone in order for your volume to get through. It doesn't help that the microphone is extremely flimsy so it will rotate and eventually degrade. But the headphones are extremely comfortable, they hold a charge for a long time, and I like them a lot! So, as wireless headphones, they're great! But due to the microphone breaking down over time I can't even consider it a gaming headset. ... show more
