The controller was great out of the box. Held a good charge and functioned well in all aspects of gameplay. Then 4 months In the controller got significant "stick drift" where your cursor or game characters move on their own without moving the control stick. It got bad enough I could no longer used it. Thought to contact Razer as amazon referred any issues to them and found out their warranty was only good for 90 days. Shame on me for not knowing this ahead of time but I figured for a controller that was north of 120 dollars it might have at least a month or 12 month warranty. Terrible experience with Razers customer service and with this product. Will buy from another company from here on for my gaming controllers.

This is a very cool controller for Xbone players or Xboners, get it. I love it but be aware that this charging stand does not charge via type-c, lightning cable, or micro usb cable although it comes with a charge cord specific for the controller which is type-c. You need an AC adapter cord like the ones they use for the Sony PSP to charge the stand. Look at the pictures above to get an idea of the ideal cord. My controller did not come with that cord. Fortunately, I have the PSP power adapter that is compatible with charge stand. Even if you have a psp charge cord, I recommend getting another cord just like it or another psp power adapter cord for your Xbox charge stand. How convenient though ironic that a cord from Microsoft’s rival (Sony; the PlayStation) solved my problem of the missing cord. That said, this is a good controller if you can afford the price and work around its quirk.
