This keyboard is a major win because it’s Razer’s first real move into the enthusiast world, offering a hot-swappable PCB that lets you change switches without soldering. Pros • PBT Keycap Durability: Since this has PBT keycaps, they feel more substantial and won't develop that greasy "shine" over time like standard ABS plastic. • Customization Freedom: The hot-swappable design works with almost any 3-pin or 5-pin switches, so you can completely change the typing feel whenever you want. • Excellent Sound: Thanks to the gasket-mounted design and internal sound-dampening foam, the typing sound is much deeper and "thockier" than older Razer boards. • Pro Performance: The 8,000 Hz polling rate provides some of the lowest latency available, making it perfect for high-stakes gaming. Cons • Wired Only: You're limited to a USB-C cable connection. If you want a clean, wireless desk setup, this won't be the best fit. • Software Bloat: To control the Chroma RGB or the media roller, you have to use Razer Synapse, which can be heavy on your PC's background resources. • Mixed Materials: While the aluminum top plate feels premium, the bottom of the case is plastic, which makes it lighter but slightly less "premium" than a full-metal custom board. This keyboard does not function properly. Since purchasing <6 months ago, it has started to double keystrokess on proggressively more keys. Other keys' inputss flicker for a while before ssending a complete signal, meaning I have to hold down my alt key for a second before I can actually usse it. I purchased a refurbished keyboard, which has disturbingg implications. This product line iss only about 2 years old, which means that thiss keyboard was already broken to the point of needingg refurbishment by the 2 year old mark. This is generously assuming that my specific keyboard was in full use for the entire lifetime of the product (unlikely). In conclusion, this keyboard has exissted for about 2 years and broken twice. I am not the only person with this issue. I bought it without doing proper ressearch because I was pleased with my razer purchases in the passt. Do not purchase this keyboard. I have included my doubled keystrokes even though they make me seem like a snake. ... show more

Got this keyboard refurbished. Worked Great for about 6 months and then it started to do the infamous double key press thing. Reached out to the seller and they were no help. I would not recommend this keyboard.

0 stars. I got this for my birthday on 1-2-26, it's now 7-1-26 and many of the keys are double typing and have been for about 4 months. It has literally made me unable to play certain games. This is such an infuriating issuee to have with a keyboard my fiance spent $130 on!!! Do not buy this. There are much better, cheaper options availablee. When we got this keyboard, none of thee revieews showed any issues, but now so many reviewes are having the same problem, so clearly thee keyboard doesn't hold up at all. Theey shouldn't even be selling this crap. Terrible quality. All of the typos in this are legitimate double-typing typos. I've had enough of Razer, never again. ... show more
