I should’ve did some more reading up on this before I purchased it. I ordered this for a camping trip coming up. I thought with all of the technology that it out now, that this projector might be able to work without the internet if I had some movies downloaded to my phone. Not the case. Netflix and other streaming apps will not allow you to mirror the screen to the projector. So the only way around this is if you have a Roku or fire stick apparently. I’m not sure that it will even work without the network connection, I haven’t tried this without it. On the other hand, if you are buying this for outdoor movie night in the backyard, it would work great. The picture is relatively clear after you adjust the focus manually. ... show more

It's a good little projector that we use to watch movies outside on warm nights. Easy/quick setup and surprisingly good sound. Would have gave 5 stars if there was someway to mount it on my tripod.

I wouldn't say this is 4K my any means, but works perfectly for outdoor movies. Speaker built-in is also very good, but not quite loud enough if outside. Bluetooth connection works great. Would definitely recommend, but not quite for someone looking for 4k home theater setup.

Had this projector a few months now. No issues. BUT…when you first get it, connect it to your wifi and then go to ‘system settings’ and then ‘online updates’ and run the updates. That’ll address some of the glitches folks were having.

About every 2 years I buy a replacement projector under $200 instead of buying a TV for my bedroom. In terms of brightness and picture quality, this is the best projector I’ve purchased - 9500 lumens makes a huge difference and I can see the picture even during the day. I have the projector about 8 feet from the wall and it looks great. The speakers are not so hot and with the first one (they sent me a replacement), I had issues with feedback - I couldn’t plug an external speaker in effectively without getting fuzz. Also the projector had issues with the cooling system. Because I will sometimes fall asleep with the projector on, it runs longer than planned. After 3 months the LCD/LED board started burning out, and the picture had a lot of discoloration. HOWEVER, the company was incredibly responsive and it was covered under warranty - so they replaced it immediately. I was pretty disappointed with the picture going out so early, as my timeline for these projectors is about 2 years, but the company response was so amazing I would purchase again. It looks great, it links to my phone and screen casts and picks up wifi, as advertised. Glad they were able to help me out. I love that I can still see it in the daylight. ... show more

I like it is compact but not so heavy. With two HDMI ports I can connect satellite cable and Amazon Fire stick. Some lagging with Miracast (although it is close enough to the wifi router). Bluetooth is very convenient. Hopefully I clean it with dust buster can. Good picture quality so far 1080p but 4k may be just as1080p quality (still need to be sure.) I'm starting to notice smaller white spots ( hope it can be cleaned with dust buster spray can). It would have nice if it with a case for convenient transport along with pocket for accessories. ... show more

I have went through 2 of these projectors within 4 months, they work great in the beginning and then within a short time it burns up with blue light.
