We had an older projector for the kids playroom that started to go, so I bought this one. Total night and day difference!!! We have a wall painted dolphin gray that it projects onto and even with the windows open on the otherside of the room and kitchen lights on in the next room over, it was STILL brighter than a dark house and our old projector playing. We always put blackout curtins down so we could see. Hands down a great buy for sure! We connected our roku stick to it and the kids have throughly enjoyed the new experience. Overall the projector has good quality but I use mine to game on and for me it was not a good experience as it has about a one second delay which makes for a bad playing experience. However if your looking for a projector just for movies I would recommend

The display is quite bright and very clear. The controls are easy to understand and use. I use this projector for teaching purposes (non-professional) and it works very well for that in a semi-bright room.

This isn’t 1080p it’s 720p and it’s noticeable Especially when playing higher end games. It has an okay picture but def not the specs mentioned on the ad. UPDATE: be sure to have a good branded hdmi cord for the 1080p feature. If you plan to cast from an android don’t count on it. All you get is audio, iPhone has no issue. I’ve had projectors prior to this and android never had an issue i troubleshooted but was never resolved. ... show more

This is a 300 not 450 Ansi...nor is it 1080p...it's 720.Total false advertising beware.I contacted both Amazon and Raydem directly...Raydem admitted it is in actuality a 300 Ansi rated projector even though the sticker says 350 on the box.Overall,it's still not bad though.It just irks me that it's not what it states it is.If I wanted a 300ansi they are like 60 dollars cheaper.They say it's 450 in description,sticker on unit says 350,when I called they told me it's actually 300.I have a 4k uhd tv...watched the rose bowl parade side by side with TV and projector.. this projectors colors didn't even compare to my tvs display..it's nowhere near what they advertise it as,but for 200 bucks it is what it is. ... show more
