Bought these in April, they quit working in August! A loose connection inside or something? I have to hold them in the right position to get any sound. Too late to return.     • Easy to charge, plug anywhere with a port and just after a while it's ready for use.

The section for gaming lasts up to one hour and twenty five minutes even when fully charged, however if plugged in to other devices it works practically well. Raycon went above and beyond with this product and I've gotten used to it, I plan to keep using it well until it breaks down.

My hubby picked these up to help him enjoy TV, gaming, and his workplace quietly. I have consulted him thoroughly before writing this. The shape of the earbuds works well for his ears. He says they are really comfortable and not fatiguing to have in his ears for long periods of time. He does prefer earbuds to not have the rubber cap that inserts into the ear, so these are a strange exception for him. He says the battery lasts a really long time between charging sessions. He uses them when we are home at the same time, while I WFH making customer calls in the same environment. It has been a game-changer for our dynamic. He bought a dongle to plug into the Playstation controller, so he uses these headphones even for gaming. He says the sound quality with these is amazing and improves the overall experience for him--like he is in the game. ... show more

The earbuds are very good quality. When I first got them they fit in my ears well and had very good sound quality. No complaints there. What I did have issues with was how quickly the earbuds stopped working. I got them as a gift at Christmas and by April one of the earbuds basically died. The left earbuds was very quiet and barely audible compared to the right side. I contacted support about getting them replaced and they claimed to not be able to find the original order, so they couldn’t replace them. Kinda bogus for a $100 pair of earbuds. Might as well go with a cheap $20 pair and replace them when they die They have a very good warranty program. I’ve gotten these replaced 5-6 times. Each time the earbuds fall out of balance, or do this thing where they randomly unsync from my phone and then resync after. I would stay away and just get AirPods ... show more

**1.5 Year Review ** These earbuds have a great fit, excellent sound quality, and pretty good battery life. I was really impressed with the sound quality and the bass that these were able to deliver; they are some of the best of any earbuds I have used. Battery life is about 3-5 hours of continuous listening time. The case is really nice quality and the buds charge pretty quickly in them too. Unfortunately, the major downside and design flaw of these earbuds is the touch controls. After about a year, I would get phantom "touches" that would lower or raise the volume, or turn off randomly. After ~1.5 years it's become so bad that I've rendered them useless. If Raycan is able to fix this design issue and use a physical press button instead of capacitive touch then I would definitely consider buying again, until then I will likely look for something else. Overall, it has been a good while it lasted and for the value of these earbuds, I think I just about got my money's worth. ... show more

*Update* Raycon reached out to me and replaced my earbuds even tho the warranty ran out in Dec 2022. That's quality customer service imo. Thank you! A few months after the year warranty was over the left earbud stopped working. Paying over $100 for earbuds to last a year is absolutely laughable. I've purchased cheaper ones at Walmart & passed those to my 13 year old who is rough on electronics and they still work. These are so over priced for the use you get out of them! ... show more

These earbuds are nothing but a pain in the ass. Starting with the size and comfortability if you have normal-small ears, pass on these. I can’t comfortably wear these for more than 30 minutes without my ears getting sore. They’re pretty large and they have to sit entirely in your ear. Second is the functionality. Half the functions don’t work on iPhone, which is fine I guess. You’re better off buying AirPods if you want all the functions. The worst part is half the functions don’t work on PC either. I can’t get the earbuds to do anything once connecting to the PC including working. Unfortunately there’s little to no information online on how to do anything and if you look around a little, the entirety of their troubleshooting is just resetting them. They keep disconnecting from the PC, won’t play audio, when I do get audio it’s super distorted. Not work $100, not worth the hassles, not worth the sound. Save your money, buy a wired headset and skip on the cheap “gaming” headphone gimmick ... show more
