This is the second time I have purchased this case. The first case lasted 2 years. I have seen some people complain that the case yellows over time. This is true but it changes evenly over time to a yellow gold, kind of a woody color. If that is a deal breaker for you, so be it. I find the case very comfortable in my hand. The case buttons work well, and if, like me, you find the Bixby button to be annoying because you can't re-purpose it, it is very simple to remove the button from the case, thus eliminating accidental presses. I primarily use wireless charging and it works flawlessly with the case on. The case is easy to remove for cleaning but I have never had it come off unintentionally. The case has also protected my phone very well the few times I have dropped it. It also accommodates the installation of a screen protector (which was purchased separately). I loved the packaging that it came in because it made me feel a lot more excited. The case is extremely clear and the back is hard with the sides having a little bit more elasticity. When I put it on my phone, it felt very slick but a tiny bit slippery. For the design, I would suggest adding a bit more texture to the sides to add grip but if you're fine with it having no grip, this is the case for you. Just received this product and I'm very satisfied. Beautiful clear case, thick material, flexible but not flimsy, access to all phone ports matches perfectly, you'd only need to remove the case if you need to open the memory/SIM card tray. Not bulky, fits nicely in my small hands, side buttons don't stick out too far. Not the heaviest duty case but could certainly take a hit. Will update after I drop it, just a matter of time... UPDATE: I have dropped it several times on hard floors, one time it hit so hard on one corner I was sure I broke it. But nope, not a dent! This is a good one! ... show more

Good price and it fits the Note 9 perfectly. Looks good and I especially like the smooth feel. It's definitely non-slip so it will not easily slip from your hand. I find on many of these type of phone covers, the cut-out sections have relatively sharp edges and those irritate my fingers (if I am using my fingers to support the phone), but on this cover the cut outs are nicely finished with smooth edges. This is really well designed for being so inexpensive. The chrome looking buttons give it a nice look. You can't really tell they are chrome, just looks like really shiny plastic. Looks classy, not flashy. Delivered promptly in an Amazon envelope and the case itself was in a deep yellow Rayboen sealed package. Great price for a first class product. ... show more

It tore easy, not sure how but this case compared to 3 other brands and sizes let's the Note 9 fit well in all pockets, not bulky. Should it last less than 7 months, review will change. Looks great. Priced right. Protection is there but not screen,need another add on .
