I ordered the Raybao 6 Inch Dual Action Polisher for my husband who is constantly buffing out our cars and headlights by hand. Although this works, I thought a buffer/polisher would make his life easier. The Raybao 6 Inch Dual Action Polisher was attractive due to it's low price point, accessories, and specs. A quick search on the Internet will show you that you can't get a polisher like this, with all the same options and specs, for this price point. Furthermore, the polisher has quite a bit of power for an item featured as a polisher for a beginner. It is 750 watt, with six setting ranging from 2,000 to 6,400 orbits per minute, making this a good option for waxing to grinding. Also, it is dual action 9 mm short throw polisher, which is better option for those new to using polishers. Dual action short throw polishers, cover a smaller area, are easier to control, and do not vibrate as much as their long throw counterparts. Covering smaller area allows you to get into tighter spaces and the lower vibration cuts down on hand fatigue. Additionally, the polisher has an all copper motor, which should provide a longer motor life. The Raybao 6 Inch Dual Action Polisher comes with four pads: a black light polishing pad for low speed, a blue medium polishing pad for medium/high speed, a wool heavy polishing pad for wax collection, and a blue cleaning/wax removal pad. Notwithstanding, there are four ways to hold the polisher, two of which are included removable handles: a side handle and a D-handle that fits over the back of the polisher. The D-handle has multiple holding positions. If you choose to hold the polisher in the front, there is also an included guard you can use to keep your fingers from slipping onto the polishing pad. In addition, it also comes with two replaceable carbon brushes for replacing the originals when they get worn down to about 1/4 of an inch. The final selling point for me was that the Raybao company has been creating polishers for 60 years and that it came with a 24 month warranty. Overall, my husband loves this polisher. At it's approximately 6.6 pounds, it can be a bit heavy if you are using it for long periods. But it has a lot of power and works well. He loves the fact it is corded, rather than having to constantly deal with rechargeable batteries that die before you are done. He also likes all the different ways he can hold the polisher, which is great for polishing different areas and helps with fatigue. He highly recommends it for new users or pros and he gives it five stars.

Powerful little polisher with easy to remove and replace Velcro pads to secure. Helps if you're familiar with polishers as this one came with no installation instructions for the two handles included in the box. I chose to go with the more universal grip as pictured, but the other handle was a one-sided bicycle handle style and could be attached to your preferred side. Also included two replacement brushes for the electrical motor, which is a nice bonus! This thing spins real fast while maintaining a decent sound level. The 4 assorted polishing pads meant I could get to work right out of the box!

My car was swiped in the parking lot resulting in scratches in the rear bumper. I tried to use a cloth and a scratch removal cream but it didn’t help. I ordered this item, and use it instead of the cloth. 80% of the scratches were buffed and others were greatly minimized. This includes three buffing pads as well. However, this is not a battery powered device and needs electrical connection. Also, it’s a bit heavy, so careful while using it. The handle is not sturdy and comes out now and then. Other than this inconvenience, this item works well.

I bought this for the versatility it offered. It can be used for so many different applications, waxing a car or sanding furniture. It was also larger and heavier than I expected, in a good way. It feels substantial. All in all, great buy!

This DA works just like you'd imagine it would; though it does operate a little different than pneumatic DAs. It gets the job done without a compressor though, so it's worth it to get used to. It's powerful enough for all your buffing needs, though you wouldn't use it for stripping (it's not advertised to). Works like a charm, takes universal polishing pads, no compressor needed, not crazy expensive to get into. Overall, great buy.

Great tool. I’ve actually never used any power buffer to wax a vehicle before. This seems to be a great tool for a beginner like me. With a variable speed control and numerous pads that Velcro attach, it can be operated without concern of burning the vehicle finish. My pickup shines now!
