My eyes are extremely sensitive to the sun so I ordered uncountable different sunglasses in the $20-$50.00 price range. I finally decided to try the high cost sunglasses I knew I could return them if there’s no difference. To my surprise there’s a big difference. I got these on sale for a great price. I love the look and quality. The lenses are so good for driving or just walking around. They don't distort or make everything too dark. They block the sun nicely so there's no squinting and clear vision. So why only 4 stars? They are very wide. Regular sunglasses have always fit me just fine, but the arms open too wide and if I lean forward, they slip right off. I would have given 5 stars if they had a better grip. ... show more

Color: Black/G-15 Green Polarized Lens Width: 55 Millimeters
I got this pair specifically after seeing John Krasinski wearing it in Amazon's Tom Clancy series. So in that respect, the product placement worked on me. Both frames you see in the photos are 55mm, the Wayfarer 2 (left) is polished black and has polarized lenses and the Wayfarer 1 (right) is tortoise with their original G-15 lenses. The Wf2 sits flatter and rounder on the face. I would say they are leaning on the feminine side, whereas the Wf1 were universally unisex. The temples are also thinner and shorter on the Wf2, giving it a more modern and clean aesthetic. During the initial wearing you will find that the Wf2 will fit snugger even though they are the same size. If you thought prior versions of the Wayfarers were tight, these may be uncomfortable. Couple of things I would point out, the temples on the Wf2 are stiffer and narrower and do not have a great deal of flex compared to the previous version.
