What I like about this frame is that its flexible and VERY light. If you were to get the ultra light series from Raybans higher line, they cost about 300. So these RayBans are a great deal indeed. But I have experience with this matte in the past, they are prone to rubbing, and it will cause uneven glossiness on the frame. So, take this with a grain of salt. These I got at the time of the review about 68 (including tax and shipping) bucks compared to retail 120. So Id say its worth a try. ... show more

I have been wearing the RX4047 for years. These are probably the 5th set of frames I’ve bought through Amazon. I just swapped lenses from another pair and these broke. I’m absolutely disgusted because I’ve never had a pair of rayban frames break, all the way back to my first pair of wayfarers in the 90s. These are truly the best frames that I have found. Sometimes I can get headaches from wearing my glasses because they are too heavy or tight around my face. These feel like a feather! You can't even tell they are on! I had my prescription lens put in at Walmart for a reasonable price! These frames alone at my dr's office were $200! I spent less than than buying them here and putting the lens elsewhere. You will not be disappointed! ... show more

The vender selling these glasses was a pleasure to work with. Fast shipping and competitive price relative to local retail shops. The best thing about these glasses in my opinion is the look, style, and feel. Trendy, but classy enough to wear in almost any setting both professionally and casually. With Rayban's reputation, I expect nothing less! My biggest disappointment stems from the quality. While not terrible, the plastic seems rather flimsy and the overall build really doesnt really instill much faith in its long term durability. At first glance, I'd rate this 5 stars.
