When I bought a new truck, I wanted it set up to go when I picked it up. One of the items I wanted was a full replacement front bumper and grill guard. They did the bumper first, and the front dropped an inch. After putting on these strut/spring assemblies, the front came out to 2-1/4 inches above factory height. This means that not only did they lift my front end, but actually only dropped half the distance that the stock springs did with the added weight of the bumper.

Daily driver truck, mostly highway some city, no offroad. Allows for larger tires. Fits perfectly on a '16 Ford F150 XLT 4wd Super Crew. Paired with the RS999946 it gave me an extra 2 1/2" of height in the front, which made it completely level. Installed in my garage with professional assistance. Absolutely love the level look. Adjustments values 0-9 for firmness are difficult to tell a difference, but overall it make the front end stiff, which I prefer. Mine are set to 9. Had a few issues installing the bolts as shown on the directions so I had to reverse the bolt alignment which is not a big deal. I have put over 3500 miles on these and still have not noticed any settlement from the shock. Some other reviews state that the stocks settle about 1/4" but I have not had that happen to me yet. Overall I highly recommend these. Similar options are several hundred dollars more.

Good ride and lift
We needed the front lift so the air dam didn’t plow so much snow both ways. This should do the trick. Had professional do the work, though my son could have, but not easy. The ride and control is great.

The standard in lift struts!
I have these on 3 trucks right now, they are the industry standard for an off road replacement strut. Yes you can get nicer ones and spend more money, but for my daily driver that goes off road during hunting season, these are perfect.

Nice Struts and Shocks just what I wanted
they are just as described, once on truck, feels great. raised the front about 2 1/2 inches to make it level with the back. The adjustment knobs are a little stiff not so easy to turn. Installation was ok. I have built a few cars and trucks before, I have no lift anymore so jack stands and jack. might need Assitance for removal and install of new struts. Shocks were easy and took no time. Total time for front and back about 4 hrs.

Didn’t lift anything
They are nice shocks but didn’t lift my truck at all. Before I had factory with a 2 1/2” spacer on top. I put these on and now I’m back where I started. They ride good, but I don’t think the adjustment knob really does anything.
