very aggressive log peeling.. the wood comes off in potato chip sized lumps. The blades came loose, so be sure to tighten before using. You can cut 2 inches off an old bar and use an old blunt chain to drive it. I cut all the teeth off mine to make it safer

This item seems well made in my opinion however I wish the info about the item had said that I will need to buy a new chain that is two inches longer than my saw is using so when I am not using the debarker the chain is idle/useless. This info would have prevented a second order for the chain. Update will come after I get the chain but that seems to be running late. ... show more
