I got this for my buddy's boat as a gift. Bungee dock lines are new to me and I was a little skeptical but decided to give it a try because I love the convience. They work perfectly. I was concerned that the bungee would stretch with time, but interwoven nylon (or whatever material it is) that surrounds the bungee cord created a clear max stretch point that will prevent that. By using a midship spring loop, the boat can't get away from me while arriving or leaving the slip. Much cleaner and easier way to moor my boat.

Purchased two 2pack Bungee Docklines to match and use to secure our boat in new dock slip. Color (black and white) matched dock and boat very well. Easy to install, holds boat in secure position, and meets all our expectations. Be sure to measure the proper size to ensure appropriate tension on the line to enable easy hook up while holding boat in good, secure position that you desire. Currently using these to secure a 20' lake boat at a marina. They work perfectly. Key is to understand what length to buy for your application. Handles in coming wake just fine, keeps boat centered in slip and makes docking easy. Loops are make for smaller cleats only.
