This seller was amazing to work with. I ordered the wrong item, not realizing that all I needed was a small part that hooked onto this part (the little button on a ring). I emailed with their customer service rep who was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He told me what I needed to do, said I could pop out the button/ring piece and mail back the rest of the part that I didn't need in the end.
