I've read and heard some great things about Raider fuel line so I am hope that this will go beyond my expectations. At least last three maybe four seasons without any issues. The price was reasonable and the color is spot on what you see. Tomorrow we will see just how easy it is to install.

    • Leaks

I bought this tubing for my riding lawnmower and attempted to install it. What a total waste of time. The tubing is so hard that it would not seal around the nibble of the gas filter and pump. In other words, gas leaked out around each connection. I was using spring clamps. Maybe worm clamps would have sealed the connections. But given the OD of 3/8" for the hose, I kind of doubt it. Anyways, threw this blue hose away and bought black rubber fuel hose. No leaks. Also, this blue tubing is extremely hard to push onto the nipple unless you oil the nipple and tube end first. ... show more

If you need to run a fairly straight line this might work but I personally faced two big issues. One of my fuel line runs was somewhat short and shaped like a S and it was almost impossible to bend it properly without it kinking almost shut and the way it's packaged makes it almost impossible to straighten out. If this line was a little softer maybe it would of been great but I could not get a clean run and had to ditch using this line altogether. ... show more

It don't know how easily this hose will fit over fuel barbs yet, but it's sturdy and will probably work well in the real world (not like the cheap flexible hoses that harden when used in the real-world of fuel). I obeyed the instructions on how to heat and relieve the coiling that the package causes and that worked well. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I hope it ages well, but without that experience it at least seems like good quality hose for the price. ... show more
