Style: Propeller Drive
Arrived in great condition, easy to assemble, minimal hassle. The two parts are sturdy and heavy. They interlock and they are secured by latches. The rudder assembly inserts into the back via a pin and retainer. The seat is adjustable front to rear and is secured by two knobs. The pedal/propeller assembly is held on a by a quick-release/latch and can be raised and lowered easily while sitting in the kayak. For transport I remove the pedals/propeller, seat and rudder to make life easier. It was stable, getting in and out a breeze and I was able to use the paddles when getting near the shore as I had the rudder/propeller retracted in shallow water. In deeper water the propeller drive moved me along quite nicely. The front storage compartment isn't accessible while on the water, but the rear compartment is. It takes a bit to get adjusted when first using the pedals, but it doesn't take too long before it becomes second nature. I would highly recommend getting a kayak cart for wheeling it around if you want to assemble it away from the shore. Like I said, it is heavy, but in a good way. My other advice is don't get too OCD or fixated on the two halves fitting together, just put them together and close the latches. It's not going to be perfect. Once you use it, you will understand that it's a sit on top kayak and not a boat.

I do not write many of these, but this is a great kayak for someone just getting into it and would like a peddle drive. It comes apart pretty easily and feels very stable and well put together. Only issue I have had sometimes is with the rudder. You have to adjust that u til you get it right.

The Kayak works great. I have the 2 person model. My wife and I both weight 200+ and the kayak is still very stable. With both of us in it it sits really low so I wouldn't take it in the ocean with both of us on it. As a single kayak I have taken it in the ocean with no issues. I have even put a trolling motor in the peddle drive. All in all I am very satisfied. If there were any complaints it would be not enough storage for fishing gear

Great kayak as advertised-easy assembly and great customer service-I'm in my 70s and have taken 2trips out in lake and bay so far and am enjoying freedom on the waters fits in back of truck easily . Feels heavier than stated but I can roll it(get a roller) with ease!

This assembles within minutes at the dock. Fits great in my SuV with about 1 foot and a half extra clearance when stacked inside. It moves at about a good run speed if you were running. I recommend getting Oar holders for the side that fit on the tracks though otherwise you have to lay it sideways or hold onto the oar.

Absolutely love this kayak. It is a bit heavy and can be frustrating to put together at first, but runs like a charm and their support is great. The included rod holder was malfunctioning and they sent me a brand new one very quickly. I would recommend getting m6 screws and m6 ram balls as thats what fits in the accessory sliders (side rails are too wide for t-mount screws. The back compartment is big enough to be a livewell, but doesn’t recess enough to fill on it’s own so I scoop water in with a cup before heading out. Pull the trigger and get to ripping some lips!
