I’ve tried a lot of pimple patches with microdarts, and while these aren’t my absolute favorite, they still do a really good job. The microdot pore design pulls a lot of gunk out of my pimples, which is honestly satisfying and helps speed up healing. They’re super easy to use and don’t hurt at all when you take them off. I’ve worn them overnight, and they stay put well without peeling off, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for reliable, good-quality patches that actually work, these are worth trying.

Have a weird cyst from a zit 6 months ago on my face. Dermatologist said it was probably an infected hair follicle and they would need to cut it and drain. Last ditch effort tried these These things worked great! Really smoothed it down to be barely recognizable. Amazing. And I tried other patches that were less expensive and creams and 2% acid toners. Nothing worked. Not sure what’s in them but glad I didn’t need to go under the knife.

I purchased these after hearing about a similar (different brand) item. I sometimes get deep, cyst like zits on my chin and jawline that never come to a head. I'm terrible at just leaving them alone to do their thing and die off on their own. They don't work the way I expected - I expected a patch that absorbed whatever gunk from the skin. These did not do that - there was like a slimy gross (protective?) layer where the patch had been. I used them all day on day one and overnight and then all day on day 2 - a total of 3 patches. I had a large zit on my chin that wasn't really red yet but was painful to touch. I wasn't really sure it was doing anything - the zit didn't reduce in size or in painfulness, but there was always a gooey bit where the patch had been. After wearing one overnight, it seemed like the zit was maybe coming to the surface - which I didn't think it would do at all! These zits never do - they sit far below where I can get them and I end up squeezing like a madman trying to bring them up and end up with nasty marks on my face that last literal months. I cleaned the area (and the gooey goop left behind by the patch) with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab and put on a new patch. By late afternoon, I could see what definitely looked like a head on it, so I removed the patch and cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol. There was absolutely a head on it and I was able to pop it (I probably should have just put another patch on and let it do it's thing, but I couldn't resist!) and I was impressed with the amount of gross crud that came out of it. Afterward, I cleaned the area again with rubbing alcohol and put a regular hydrocolloid patch on it. So far it seems to be doing very well. It seems to have worked. Obviously I'll never know if it would have come to a head without the patch, but from experience with past zits, I don't think so. At the very least, it kept me from constantly touching it (to feel for a head) and getting more germs on my face around the already bothered area. I'm buying more to keep on hand so that when this package is inevitably used up, I'll be all set. One note - the part of the patch that contains the microneedles is not covered, but it is in a plastic tray inside a sealed package. I did keep them out of the bathroom to avoid humidity from showers getting inside the package.

Expensive but unlike the regular colloid dots that they sell, these literally work after a few hours with noticeable reduction in redness and size of the pimple. I get some pretty bad cystic pimples and the last time, the dermatologist recommended that I have need to have a steroid injection into it to shrink but I tried this instead. After a few days (literally I had a giant growing cyst on my face for three months), I noticed it finally shrinking and draining. It took about two weeks and two packets of the product but this was the cheapest and fastest solution that I have tried. The only negative thing that I noticed was more scaring/blemishes after using this product. The regular ones, while they take forever to work, did not scar or leave blemishes on my face so I guess you have to weigh the benefits. If you only get occasional large pimples, I think using this once or twice on it would be magical. However, long term twice I wouldn’t recommend.

These are incredibly overpriced ($12 for 9 patches) but I bought these anyway after having an amazing experience with the "Rael Invisible Spot Cover" patches that come in the pink box. Unfortunately, they simple didn't work for me. Not only did they not reduce the size of the zit I could feel was coming, I went through 3 just trying to get them to stick (and I always apply the Rael acne patches on a clean and dry face). I think my skin was just producing too much oil in the area that I could feel a zit coming in, but would think the product would take that into account and have never had an issue with the "Rael Invisible Spot Covers" not staying on my greasy/oily skin. Rael has a lot of great other products, but this one was unfortunately not for me. BUY THESE INSTEAD --> "Rael Miracle Invisible Spot Cover - Hydrocolloid, Acne Pimple Absorbing Cover, Blemish Spot, Skin Care, Facial Stickers, 2 Sizes (96 Count)"
