The media could not be loaded. It was a pretty easy put together process. I do really enjoy the desk. I had quite a hard time getting it to work initially though. Once it was all put together and set up / plugged in, I wanted to test it. I hit up, and it creeped up (maybe half an inch) and stopped. When I hit the down button, it did not move and gave an error code “E05.” So I read the instructions and held the up and down button at the same time to reset it. When it reset, it went all the way down, then went all the way up until it gave me a different error code. I had gotten a free replacement and used the desk in the mean time. Would bring it up and when I needed it to go down I would reset it and then unplug it till I wanted it to go back up (bc it kept going up and down each time I reset it.) so I got the replacement and was going to change just the control panel, so I do just that. Same e05 error. I changed everything that would control it going up and down. Nothing. I was extremely frustrated. So I put all of the original plugs back together, I plugged it back in to reset. I decided I was going to let it do it’s thing and then BAM it worked. Went up and down. No error. No stopping every half inch. Works perfectly fine. I would give it a 5 star because now that it works I love it but since it gave me such a hard time I’m going to settle for 4 stars.     • Desktop is 2 separate pieces, not 1 solid top.

This seems like a very good quality desk. However, I do feel that it is a bit deceptive about the desktop being split down the middle. I am a little worried about the weight distribution over time. Easy set up, Not very heavy, and good quality for the money.

Overall, this product was easy to assemble and very sturdy. My only negative (otherwise 5 stars) was the split two-piece top. Don't understand the logic behind it, other than shipping logistics (e.g., dimensions). Another brand I purchased just a month prior was garbage compared to this product. Both this unit and the other brand were made in China but shows you that different manufacturers have poor QC (Quality Control) and skimp on quality parts. Very happy with Radiove and would probably purchase other products from them. ... show more

I’ve been using this desk for work for over a year and absolutely love it. Unfortunately I lost the power cord in the move and can no longer use the standing functionality. I was worried as this table is so reasonably priced compared to other options. Setup was easy (30-45mins for one person), and the parts seem heavy duty and high quality. Tabletop is the typical "ok" quality that you see on a lot of lower priced furniture/tables. Motor is quiet, display can be set to inches or centimeters, and the table raises quickly. Overall, this is a great find. I did have some complications with the instructions and one of the legs to the table was defective (which Amazon promptly sent out a replacement)…. The instructions are clear-ish. I’ve built many pieces of furniture from Amazon…tables, chairs, night stands, other tables…I found this standing desk to be more of a challenge for me. As an example, even though they label the correct orientation of the parts, some of the “circles” where the holes go through are ambiguously described…. It’s also difficult to tell which holes in the bar to screw into as there are two sets. Through trial and error I figured it out but this desk took way longer than it needed to. You might have better luck than me, but this isn’t my first standing desk so already have an experience under my belt to compare to. The coloring of the desk is a bit different than I anticipated. It still works with my decor but I expected it to be much lighter for “light oak”. Looked more like a light grey/brown. Overall it’s a great table. Nice and large so plenty of space and the four memory settings are nice to have for quick adjustments. It makes noise when shifting between settings so if that bothers you than be aware of this feature. If you’re not particularly strong, these pieces are heavy and hard to manipulate on their own so you might find it helpful to have a friend or family member assist you with propping up some of the pieces.I still completed it on my own (this also probably contributed to the extended build time) Hopefully they can make the instructions more clear in the future but if you’ve got patience and good spatial reasoning you’ll be fine. Oh and they also have a “how to” video you can watch so if you’re a visual learner this is a great resource. ... show more

good packaging, well-built, great price, responsive height adjuster, headset hook a nice touch. I've removed one star because whatever they used for a coating on the veneer, even on a cool, dry day, tends to start sticking to the part of my mouse hand that is in contact with it. I have to wear a fingerless glove or keep a piece of paper towel between my hand and the desk to prevent that unpleasant feeling. ... show more
