Expectations were somewhat low going in but this thing delivers. There are a couple of things to pay attention to when it comes to assembly (as seen in some of the other reviews that clearly were assembled wrong) but they are generally well pointed out in the instructions. It is super solid, super smooth and quiet going up and down and looks pretty good. The two cons are 1. it's made out of sections and the veneer pattern does not match between them (only applies to the wood pattern color) and 2. it gives an error if going too low on it but very easy to fix with the reset buttons (without losing memory settings). It also really benefits from running a furniture repair marker (or black sharpie for the black color) along the edges of each section where the top veneer meets the side part since it has some white gaps that are a bit unsightly. ... show more

I've had this for almost a year now and have had no problems whatsoever with the desk's integrity, height-adjusting motor, or the amount of desk space. In fact, the amount of desk space is my favorite. I work from home and really appreciate the space. I currently have two 27" monitors w/ a mount and a standard ATX case on my desk without any problems. Even after a move from one house to another that caused me to disassemble the desk for moving, I haven't had problems with desk integrity. However, just be aware that if you are adding more than about 100 pounds to the desk look out for some very, very minor bending of the wood in the middle if you are placing a mount in the back-center of the desk. I believe this is particle board (or something) so it's not foolproof to bending of course. I had this problem and just adjusted the mount to be closer to one of the legs instead of dead center. I recommended this to a friend as well. So far they enjoy it. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a cheap stand-up desk with a lot of desk real estate. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It was a pretty easy put together process. I do really enjoy the desk. I had quite a hard time getting it to work initially though. Once it was all put together and set up / plugged in, I wanted to test it. I hit up, and it creeped up (maybe half an inch) and stopped. When I hit the down button, it did not move and gave an error code “E05.” So I read the instructions and held the up and down button at the same time to reset it. When it reset, it went all the way down, then went all the way up until it gave me a different error code. I had gotten a free replacement and used the desk in the mean time. Would bring it up and when I needed it to go down I would reset it and then unplug it till I wanted it to go back up (bc it kept going up and down each time I reset it.) so I got the replacement and was going to change just the control panel, so I do just that. Same e05 error. I changed everything that would control it going up and down. Nothing. I was extremely frustrated. So I put all of the original plugs back together, I plugged it back in to reset. I decided I was going to let it do it’s thing and then BAM it worked. Went up and down. No error. No stopping every half inch. Works perfectly fine. I would give it a 5 star because now that it works I love it but since it gave me such a hard time I’m going to settle for 4 stars. The base is great; sturdy and smoothe. The top came damaged in one corner of one piece of the puzzle. I wasn't expecting this top to be four pieces. The seems between the sections are a challenge when using a computer mouse and just doesn't look at that great. The edges of the wood are uncomfortably sharp and peeled a bit. I plan on replacing the top with a piece of solid wood. My advice is to find and buy the base and a better table top separately. ... show more

This sit-stand desk is super sturdy and beautiful. I was able to mount my Yamaha P-115 underneath perfectly with the help of some brackets from Amazon. It fits my PC and my laptop as well as all my gear including 3 monitors. The assembly is pretty easy. Motor sound is acceptable, doesn’t bother me. I only use 2 of the settings buttons but it’s nice to have others incase someone else is using the desk. No complaints 2 weeks in! Edit: I purchased this desk June 7th, 2023 and the motors crapped out on me yesterday, October 5th. The display shows E12 and I tried the troubleshooting provided in the manual with no luck. If this error sticks it says that both motors are bad and there's no serviceable parts - they need to be fully replaced. Going to contact customer support and hope they have something for me, but I may be back to sitting full time. Edit 2: This seller doesn't have anything in the way of customer support as far as I can tell. Completely out of luck. R.I.P.: a very nice desk at one point. Edit 3: I held all the buttons down (not what other manuals said) and it reset to 0 and then it works again. Moving stars back up ... show more
